My physical rewards arrived but no shirt.

The shirts are being shipped directly from the manufacturer in Cleveland, separately from the other physical rewards (shirts, pins and coins). Also, posters for rewards were shipped earlier in the year and should have arrived some time ago; add-on posters are expected to ship by November 2018.

Will both shows be at the Belcourt?

Yes, both shows will be filmed live at the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville. Backers will get advance ticketing windows for first dibs on tickets to attend the show(s) in person.

Will SPACE MUTINY be the uncut movie?

Yes! We’ll be showing the movie in its entirety. However, we will use some creative editing to get around any nudity in the film, to ensure a PG-13 rating.

What if I can't make those dates? Will there be encores?

YES! Both shows will have encores in theaters:

SPACE MUTINY: Tuesday, June 19th at 7:30 p.m. local time KRULL: Saturday, August 25th at 12:55 p.m. local time (afternoon)

That’s right, for the first time ever, we have a Saturday matinee encore! That should allow more folks to enjoy the show on the big screen. We hope to see you there!

Will you be eventually release a VOD or DVD of Krull?

Unfortunately, we are not able to get the rights to distribute the KRULL live show itself, but we do plan on having an MP3 “Just the Jokes” riff later on!

Backers at the $25 tier and higher will receive this resulting MP3 commentary, along with a $10 gift card on the site to help offset the cost of having to rent or buy KRULL for syncing to the riff.

When will VIP backers have their itinerary info sent?

For the Space Mutiny and Krull VIP levels, we will email you a finalized itinerary the week of the show - so don’t panic! The main things to keep in mind are: both shows will have a VIP meet-and-greet in the early afternoon the day BEFORE the show itself, as well as special VIP viewing sessions on the day of the show. Make sure your travel plans accommodate these events - you’ll probably want to be in Nashville by Wednesday morning for the afternoon meet-and-greet.

VIP backers will receive their tickets for the show during the Wednesday meet-and-greet event.

Will the shows be broadcast in Canada?

Currently we’re only able to simulcast these live events to select cinemas in the United States. If that changes, we’ll be sure to announce it in a campaign Update.

How will you know if I'm a DripTraxian (so I can get my bonus reward)?

Since Drip requires you to login using your Kickstarter credentials, there’s nothing to it! There’s no link to click or question to answer. We’ll be processing these soon - as long as your DripTrax subscription was active when the campaign ended, you’ll see that DripTrax achievement pop up on your RiffTrax account, and you should also see a “Driptrax-coin” SKU in your BackerKit survey. If you don’t see that reward, let us know, and we’ll help you out.

Some tickets are available NOW! Please visit rifftrax.com/live for ticketing information and to find a theater near you.

Tickets to see SPACE MUTINY in person at the Belcourt are already sold out, and were gone within 24 hours of being available. Consider being a VIP next time!

I got an email saying I had new content, but the codes are old!

On May Fourth, we sent email notifications to all backers letting them know about their downloads. This was to coincide with the release of our “Last Jedi” riff, which is free to $74 and $100+ level backers.

Because of the way BackerKit works, the notifications had been queued to include all downloads for all backers, including ones that we had created earlier. For that reason, backers got notifications for their downloads even if they had already redeemed or claimed them.

Going forward, backers will only receive codes for NEW digital rewards as they’re made available.

How do I redeem my digital rewards?

In the Digital Downloads area, begin by visiting the 2018 rewards page on our site: https://www.rifftrax.com/kickstarter2018. (You’ll need to be logged in.) This step is a requirement in order to get your stretch reward shorts (and any credit owed) as well as unlocking future digital rewards.

Once you’ve linked your pledge to your rifftrax.com account, you will see a new code redemption form field. You can enter all of your digital reward codes from BackerKit into this form (not at Checkout) to unlock the given product and add it to your RiffTrax account Library.

ALL future digital rewards, including VODs, MP3s and goodie packs, will all be made available as codes in your Digital Rewards section of BackerKit, for you to redeem on our site.

For folks who are getting their face on screen or submitting nicknames for David Ryder, we have links to those forms. Other rewards that include writing a riff, etc., - we’ll be contacting you directly!

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
